Hi all, we are in the middle of a shooting, and in the middle of a problem.
We changed ISO, from the sensor menu, from 120 to 320iso and suddenly we lost the image.
EVF shows frame guide lines, and informations as usual... so I guess the sensir is not responding.
To be clear... it looks like we have lens cap on.
What we see is just black.

We tried of course to re-set iso at the previous level, and tried other settings... including frame rate and change if digimag (all kind if things you di when desperate..)

Any idea?
Any kind if help is very very apreciated!

Thank you all by now

ps... sorry if some Os are Is... we also have a keyboard problem..

This happened to me once a while ago. Try re-installing the build software and do a black shade. Worked for me. Camera was back up and running after the blackshade and haven't had that problem since.

Hope that helps.

Will post something asap.

No problem, Nima. I see you already did a support ticket and Nate is helping you there so you are in good hands. If you need anything further, just email me at the above email address that Jim posted.

And, in addition to the support tickets on www.red.com/support , BOMB SQUAD tech support is available 24/7 at 949.206.7900 (they are paged afterhours).

Thanks, BC

The firmwire update solved the problem,
maybe sume build16 bug..
so we are now ready to shoot.
