  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

No external audio option - Scarlet-W V-mount I/O

Hoping for a little help. Scarlet-W v7.0.0 with v-lock i/o no longer gives me an external audio option with my A-Box. Strangely, it also isn't showing any battery levels. Tried wiping camera settings, and rediscovering hardware. Also tried remounting v-lock i/o.

Downgraded firmware and got "UNKWN" message for DC readout.


Any ideas?

I just sent in my scarlet w to red support with the same problems (the camera log didn't have anything of suspicion). I should hear back later next week, so I'll let you know what they say when they look at the camera and module.
 
Hey Matt,

I realize this is a late response, but the main board apparently went out in my camera. After replacing it, no issues thus far.

Were you able to get yours checked out?
