no audio render out redcinex or redcine x pro?

[Nate Clapp]

I love the auto sync feature, but I have found that rendering stuff out both on redcine x and redcine x pro about every 3-4th clip doesn't render with any audio attached. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Nate,

We'd need some more details to help diagnose this. Can you send an email to redcinex at red dot com detailing the problem? Include a verbose log file if you can, what format you are exporting to, whether it's cam or ext audio, etc ...

Thanks,
David
