Hello Scarleters:

Now I'm playing with my new scarlet-x. One issue that I have encountered now is about audio recording. I use a Rode NTG-3 shot gun and Wooden Camera's A-Box. I can see the level changing on the meter, and I can hear the real-time audio output, but when I play back, I cannot see a changing level on the meter, and I cannot hear anything. I even peep into the clip folder on the SSD, and see no audio files there. Have I done anything wrong here?

TIA!

Wei

Playback does not support audio yet. You won't see separate audio files - the audio is embedded in the R3D files. Open the files up in Redcine-X to playback with audio.

A separate audio file can be generated using RCX if you need to check it externally from RCX.
