  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

No audio during playback

Opened a support ticket regarding why I was getting very noisy audio into the Scarlet, and no audio during playback on the monitor and on premiere timeline. Ive fixed the noisy audio issue by going through a tascam DR100 instead of directly into the camera, but have yet to hear back from Red why there is no audio being laid to the file.

The audio slugs are there in the premiere timeline, they're just empty.

Anyone know why I can hear and see my audio levels just fine, but they wont record along with the image?
