No Apple Pro Ress 444

Hi,

I tried exporting a R3D clip from Storm, but I don't have any options to convert it to Apple Pro Ress 444. I only have the option to do Pro Ress 422 and 422 HQ. I don't think this is a storm issue, but more of an issue with my quick time player possibly or not having the right updated red codec. I just wondered if anyone had this issue because I'm having this issue in FCP as well.

Not sure if this is your issue but ProRes 4X4 was only available in FCP 7. Are you on FCP 7 or still on an earlier version?

I'd suggest upgrading except it's a whole new ballgame with FCP in the next 30 days or so.

During the NAB conference they mentioned "sometime in June" as a release date.
