If RED says everything is good with the camera, maybe you should have the lens checked out.

Thanks Matt, but all lenses show exact same results. I've tested 6 different Nikon lenses with the Red Nikon mount and 5 different Zeiss lenses with the PL mount. All show focus falloff so it has to either be a camera issue.

Dan,
Try to flip the PL lens upside down and check. If the soft side is still the same try to refocus the lens so it's sharp while the rest of the frame is soft. That will tell you how far off the sensor is.
Email some grabs with a focus chart so the problem is clear to Red. They are very good about customer service but sometimes things slip through the cracks.

I wish I could get you the Optimator- one of its features is checking for sensor tilt and measuring the exact amount.
