Nikon Footage?

[Rick Darge]

I haven't really seen too much Nikon footage shot on the Red except for a few tests here and there..

Anyone have anything they're happy with?

It's been already posted here, but you can have a look
The footage is mixed with PL and nikon.
The top shots are with the nikon (zeiss ZF)

Thanks Albert

I just checked this out. Really f***ing cool man.. Pretty sick.. You have a unique style going on in there.

People seem to dig those Zeiss zF lenses. Did you rack focus on the barrel or with lens gears?

[albert rudnicki]

Barrel, it has a smooth and long turn, so no problem.
I am adding a gear to it from this place

and will get an ff that I can be reversed.
That should do

I'm waiting for Birger then I can try out with Nikon F adapter for EF.

Also do not forget IMS.

All is coming up soon in May/June.

[albert rudnicki]

I've used the f adapter on my canon DSLR and after a while I have noticed some play on the mount. It did not matter really on the still camera, but on the Red with a FF attached to it it may be problematic...

[Jean Wallez]

Which FF can be reversed?

[albert rudnicki]

There was a discussion about it a while ago

Donan FF

What in the purple hell ever became of the DONAN FF?

[Steve Sherrick]

Yeah, I've been wondering that too. Has anyone contacted them?

[Stephen Pruitt]

Donan, schmonan. . . I believe that the real action is going to be with the View Factor and the Birger.
