I am really don't want start public discussion this local organization problems. All that I want - receive my lens and start earn money to buy more your GREAT products.
If I was not polite in my post, it's only because of 7 month waiting and 2 lost projects (about $650000).
I just mark really present problems and I am ready to poof each my word (If anybody in RED interested).

Today got good news from Brain. My lens ready to ship today. Really badly waiting for it. THANK YOU Brain!

You could have rented any equipment you needed for your 2 projects, so I find it hard to believe this delay has cost you $650,000.
