  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

After failing to ship in a reasonable amount of time I requested a refund. He assured me of my refund but weeks passed and it never showed up. I contacted him again and he assured the refund was done so I gave it another week. 3 weeks later I had to contact PayPal directly for the 3rd time and open a case because they let me know the refund was never initiated by Ethan and then after more time PayPal had to force the refund through. That's a bad experience and why I don't trust him as a seller.

Along with others who are senior members here. It took almost 2 weeks for me to receive my purchase form a senior member on here that I spent over $2k on. I wasn't bitching or complaining or talking trash. I waited patiently and He delivered. Even if I didn't get messages back and what not. Took longer than He originally told me, but I got it.

Can't speak for any one else, but my deal with Ethan was honored. Communicate, money, product... done.
 
I've bought stuff from Ethan before. It was an easy honest transaction. No problems. Lots of other people have had positive experiences as well. I think there must have been some kinks in the pipeline whether that be communication or something wrong with the transaction itself?

Start from first day you asked to buy my top handle till i refunded you, it took 5 days.
how come after 3 weeks you contacted paypal for the refunded?

oct 20th you contacted me you interested to buy my top handle. OCT 25th you received full rufund.

It's a shame that you had to make screen shots of the refund as proof and then use them in a public forum to stand up for yourself. Good thinking, Ethan. I would do business with ya man. And I liked your reel, btw. Keep up the good work
 
To start, I do apologize to Ethan as I got my timeline mixed up with another botched translation. I did check again to make sure and I had to file a claim with PayPal to force my refund. That was my experience and that's all I can speak from. Obviously there's many more on here speaking in favor of Ethan so I could've just had a bad deal between us.
