Newbie Questions

I am looking to purchase a Scarlet (use all my retirement money!) what would this cost + lenses, accessories? What kind of PC would I need/software to edit? Does RED make an integrated lighting or editing system? Does Arri have any camera any where near the price/capabilities of RED and I imagine it uses a proprietary editing system rather than off the rack PC ??

I know i suppose these are niave questions but want to know.
