Newbie Question - Scarlet fixed Q

I'm interested in the scarlet 8x fixed camera but I have a question about the zoom on the camera. Is it electronically controlled or is it a manual movement by hand?

Hi All,

I have another question. At the moment I'm using the Sony Z1 and have done for the last 4 years but thinking about upgrading to a better camera. Though I have some nervous thoughts about CMOS as I film motorsports/rallies/inside cars so its very bumpy at times.

Will the scarlet fixed lens be an issue?

I can guarantee that the Scarlet Fixed won't display the kinds of insane rolling shutter artifacts from that video. Other than that, it's kinda hard to say...
