  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

New SSD 512GB + 32GB

Since they are currently testing 400 fps, I would like to know what's the best compression ratio they can get with the turbo card, and how that compares to the current SSDs.

What resolution are the testing 400 fps?
 
Were prices ever released? Any price adjustment on the old SSDs?
 
What I am really wondering is how high it will go in 3K.. If it can go around 250, that will be a total new camera for me.
 
Jarred, when can I buy a 32gb scarlet redmag? Any estimate on availability?
This week? Next Week? Next month?
It's just what I need... and I need it... if you know what I mean... :)

Had RED announced any dates for availability or pre-order?
 
Jarred, if you guys ever need more volunteers to torture test the 32GB SSDs in situations that wouldn't ruin a production, I'm your guy ;)

Any possibility of higher frame rates at the same compression ratios? Specifically, hoping to see 5K full sensor @ 120 fps.
 
Is there any new info on availability and pricing of the 32gb mags (and/or if they'll be offered in more sizes -- 64 or 128gb)?

Hi Jarred, what is the compression with the 512CB TURBO SSD @ 5K 120fps 2.4:1?
 
Any word on the 64Gb cards yet? I heard 12 weeks of testing, Uh!?! Seems a bit weird
