New Source Settings Dialogue

Did I miss something? I remember there being a method to set the decoded resolution to half, quarter, eighth, etc- my memory being from the first version of RED support for Adobe Premiere. Now I'm back several months later and get this:

What am I missing? Are these lower resolution decode settings still available?

Its in your program monitor, right-click ( sorry, can't remember the mac equivalent) and pick 'resolution'
