too pricy...but it surpasses the canon 24-105 and it's parfocal...

it's an ok doc lens...f4 is less problematic now...especially on the A7s...

this surely must be post of a year!!!

Lets Analyze it.

Full Frame 28-135 Parfocal, Telecentric, IS/OS/VR, Constant F4, Auto Focus - Manual Focus, Power Zoom.
All that for $2,500, need i say on Full Frame camera with 1,5x crop you get 2 Zooms.
I wish i had something like that with PL,Canon mount for $5,000.
Lucky Sony Boys......

E-mount for RED... I hope the next body design includes support for the growing lens-park for mirrorless camera-systems. ;)

Unfortunatley it handles like a dog. The zoom rocker is very slow, hope a firmware can fix this, but from the comments from Sony im not too sure. Manual focus is ok, but it dosent have manual zoom, it's some kind of fly by wire, and totally unpredictable. It's a little on the narrow end as well for the shooting I was planning to do with my FS7. It's a step in the right direction, but I was quite disappointed with thus lens on the FS7
