Just bought my Scarlet-X and I am looking for great all-around quality microphones for sound, any suggestions??(Links?)

For on-camera-setups (scratch-track) and low-budget external recording i'm using a Sennheiser MKE-600 and i like it.

I'm on it! Thanks Maik!

What a camera guy finds "acceptable" and what a qualified sound person (either in production or post) finds acceptable can easily be two different things.

Yep learned this the hard way.

Purchased a used Senn Lav and Boom mic set.

For my needs it was perfect.

Tried to get pro audio guys to touch it....different story.

What would you suggest?
