I bought two months ago a REDMAG 256 GB and a RED STATION REDMAG 1.8" (MINI) usb 3.0.
Today I decided to finally test them and I connected the Red Station to the PC and I inserted the Redmag. And everytime I double click the drive I get this message : "please insert a disk into removable disk"
Things I tried :
- I removed and inserted the Redmag a few times.
- I tried to power up the Red Station from the USB and from the included AC Adapter.
- I tried 2 different PC's. One with USB 2.0 and one with USB 3.0. By the way - does it work also with USB 2.0 ?
At first I thought maybe the Redmag is broken. But I managed to format it with the Red One and I recorded something on it (without playing back since I don't have a monitor yet) so that means the Redmag is not broken.
Does the RED STATION REDMAG 1.8" (MINI) usb 3.0 needs a driver or something ? Do I need to do something else with it ? Is it not just plug and play ?
