Certainly gives me pause and makes me wonder why... But honestly Jake, it's because of your informationless thread (now deleted by mods) that we even went off and found material like this. Don't bother sharing if you don't want to disclose or cannot, for other reasons.

That's the crux of things right there Jake. You didn't even disclose your Scarlet-info came from "some guy's pictures on Facebook." I'm fortunate enough to be in La Vegas and will be all over NAB this year. Lots of things I'm excited to find out about this week -- where RED is heading being #1. But there are a ton of people that are right now hawking this forum that cannot be there and their businesses [can be] dependent on what gets revealed. You posting an informationless thread about an alleged new Scarlet (already deleted by mods) does nothing good for anyone. At least I had the decency to post what I found in response and the source it came from. Caveat: I'd much rather nothing ever get leaked, obviously.

If this is fake, then by all means Mods yes please wipe this thread from existence. If it's not fake well... Let's wonder why we're looking at 250fps @ 2.5k (bwa?).
 
It is fake, there is another thread about it. Anyway. Lets all lighten up a little, we are just talking about big boy toys here...
