  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I don't know why this announcement feels so bizarre to me. It's a perfectly reasonable thing to want to have--that is to say, an eighty acre compound that is so focused on its purpose that it requires a town centre. Well, at any rate, at least I have a reason to visit Vegas now!

Lol, the haters at cinematography.com are going to have heart-attacks when they hear this news... :) Are they going to call the "Epic Burger" at your restaurant "vaporware"?

I think they move because Monstro is so big they dont want to carry it from OC to NAB....
 
Jim I would stop with all the great announcements. This crew will just be pissed when a whole week goes by without anything astro spectacular announced.

I second Utah.

Fake Paris, Fake Rome, Fake New York, Fake Egypt. Why would someone would could choose anywhere go to Vegas? No earthquakes, but they will run out of water. The only plus is that Red may one day own the NAB show.

No way, that won't work! You have to go to Red and buy the camera first.
They say "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas", but they don't advertise the other part: "Any money brought to Vegas stays in Vegas".
 
Maybe it was the big wild fires licking the bumpers of Red's cars in the car park. And since Red's in it for the long term, earthquakes to boot.

Of course, the fresh water reservoirs and water table in Vegas is seriously depleted by overextraction and getting worse, so maybe something to take into account too.

Of course, Red has to have something that looks as good as the pictures their cameras take.
Actually, Kelly would be a huge loss, for all the great work she does too. They'll find a way to keep her.
 
Given the architecture of the Oakley bunker, I'll be VERY interested in what Jannard & Co. have planned for The Ranch.

Where else will you be able to lose your house, shirt, and Red?

I want to be able to say, "All In!" and shove my chip stack in and then bang the Red camera down in the center of the poker table for dramatic effect.

I can see everyone folding because they'll be thinking, "If he's betting his Red, he really must have the shit."
