New RED Ranch...

[BigLu]

Bunny Ranch
Red Ranch

Love the names.

Dinos right sounds HOTT .

so is everything moving from OC to LV?

[Alexander Nikishin]

Ah nice, I shall visit, my brother lives in Summerlin.

[Wayne D]

Heh, heh... actually Jethro was my favorite character on that series.

well now that you mention it.......Jim in an old hat....gun in hand.....

[Casey Green]

Great News, Jim.

I also think it would be in RED's interest to open a small service facility in L.A. which would carry a surplus of Cameras and Accessories (as well as technicians) to reinforce the Productions in Hollywood (ala Panavision).

Have you considered this as well?

Looking forward to the Vegas site!!!

[Sanjin Jukic]

RED Digital Cinema has chosen Las Vegas to build the new RED Ranch Headquarters. Located about ten minutes from MaCarran International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip at the base of the hills in western Las Vegas Summerlin area, RED Ranch facilities will support design, engineering, manufacturing, sales, service and operations... plus a soundstage, restaurant, town center and limited housing on an 80 acre site.

We are committed to growing the RED program founded on delivering innovate shooting solutions based around the most advanced sensor program possible.

Opening is scheduled for 2010.

Jim

Congrats.

All amazing news.

[Vico Martin]

Why you announce this Jim??,
Now a horde of Sony ninjas will steal you the plans, the monstro incubator and Deanan, Jarred and Brent eyes!!

Really, now you need cowboys.

[Jeff Coatney]

Congrats Jim, a fantastic idea! Careful about these announcements-- people might think you're serious about this camera hobby of yours

[Peter Majtan]

I think NAB organizers will have a new venue to consider...

[Tony Lorentzen]

Sounds cool. Did you guys hook up with Ketch or something?

[Matthew Lochman]

I'm pretty handy on a horse if you need a ranch hand...

[Martin Weiss]

Did you guys hook up with Ketch?

Jim had to kill a few people to get that piece of property

Hmmm... has anyone actually seen Ketch of late? :cold:

EDIT: Checking out ketchframe.com and clicking on "Ketch Rossi" yields a black picture...

Could You handle the RED Devil?

Cause only RED horses will be allowed on the ranch...
Which reminds me - maybe it time for Jim to change his avatar:

Cool...sounds like the Skywalker ranch...but with more gambling opportunities :shifty:

By the way, while you're copyrighting various Red products & services - how about Red Empire?

[Jan Reiff]

[Martin Weiss]

Well, guessing from Las Vegas, it should be either in Monacco or in Amsterdam...

But I wouldn't mind Oslo, Berlin, London or München.

[Wayne D]

[Carlo Rho]
