New Red.com disclaimer - Raven and Scarlet-W orders shipping first in Fall 2016

Has anyone else noticed that on Red.com at the top of both Raven and Scarlet-W store pages, there's a disclaimer that states any camera ordered today will now not be shipping until earliest Fall 2016?

Not sure how that reflects on existing pre-orders and the timeframe for those deliveries...But doesn't seem like such a positive sign.

I'm hoping to finally switch my Raven order over to S-W, with my pre-order made through a dealership. Not sure if that means I'll lose my place in the que...but it's all beginning to feel alot more distant every day.

February seemed like such a long way away back in October! 6 months later....I'm in for the long haul, thick and thin. There's no other option than a Red camera now, for my needs. But man, this has been the most excruciating 6 months of my 10 years in the business.

Anybody have any intel on this?

I seriously hope that this doesn't mean that my October pre-order wont happen until summer.

I think it was more of a deterant. Because everyone is asking when they are going to receive their Raven and Scarlet W, both on here and to their reps. So I think it is to let people know that they will have to wait until they actually get the camera
