Exactly. Time is as valuable, if not more valuable a resource than money, for some of us.

We are probably just overloading the site. There's no real reason for the site to be down during an update. Apple does it all the time with a splash.
 
It's probably us doing a DDOS attack since we keep trying to reload the page.

Haha - the RED site gets hammered every time people get excited. REDUSER used to go down too but they have boosted the power...

Next up Jarred will post something to the effect of "GUYS, QUIT HITTING REFRESH FOR A MOMENT, DAMN iT!"

And then everyone hits refresh anyway in the hope that other people have stopped hitting refresh.

It is like a festive ritual.
