That's impossible. Haven't you guys heard, there is no Red workflow. And they were claiming they were doing post on set. Ha.

Sorry guys, couldn't resist. I've been hearing a lot of the "Red workflow is not worth it" comments, so seeing this behind the scenes piece was fun. Are there still kinks in the workflow? Sure. Is it bound to get a lot smoother in the next few months? Absolutely. But the reality is, there's workflow being used right now and Red is a very viable tool, even with some of its temporary shortcomings.

several good workflows do exist already - especially for shortforms, especially for 1080P as this one.
4K, longform and the larger productions and post systems are quite limited still.

But as red repeatedly stated here - with R16 finally we can use the full, or at least a much larger, palette of posttools.
