New member question, cant post to marketplace?

So i just bought a RED camera and am new to this forum, I can NOT seem to find out why the heck I cant post to certain forums, and whats more, I cant find any information ANYWHERE on what I have to do to be able to post places like the marketplace. I have a bunch of gear I would like to post up for sale, but am restricted, and dont know what I have to do to get "unrestricted" can anybody help me out here.

New users will be placed on a 60-day probation periodbefore they can create new threads in the Marketplace. This means, you are forbidden from selling items before you have been a member for at least sixty (60) days. New members are free to buy and to post in existing threads, but you cannot sell, or create a new thread until the 60 day benchmark is reached.

It's to avoid scammers creating a new profile and immediately posting scam gear for sale, which was happening when Reduser became a credible marketplace.

Pretty sure there's a waiting period to be able to post in the marketplace forums. Every other forum should be good to go.
