Hey guys. I am going to be working with Ursa mini pro footage for a while and wondered how you think the new MacBook pro with egpu would handle that raw footage in resolve? I edit in resolve and color as well. I would be doing anything from noise reduction to basic effects. I just travel a lot so like the idea of moving to a laptop with egpus on the rise. Just want realtime playback if possible. Thanks for your help!

That will work, just make sure your card reader (or SSD reader) is fast enough. Same counts for the SSD in your MacBook and maybe ad a thunderbolt or USB3.1 gen 2 SSD as scratch drive. There are a lot of reviews on http://barefeats.com (the last time i checked the website was down).
