I've already wrote one, and it does a crapload more than just this, but I have been trying to get it approved for the app store for months. Literally, since May.

It keeps growing, is now universal for iPad, iPhone4, latest iTouch, etc.. so it supports proper screen resolutions on all devices and more. I'm working on the iOS 4.2 update for it as we speak so it will have support for printing log sheets and other things. And it looks like it will be approved soon, I finally got Apple to tell me WTF their problem is with the app. I've fixed the issue, but I'm unsure if I will re-submit now or just submit and roll out with the iOS 4.2 update in November.
