Need to upgrade my current lighting setup. Currently using a mixture of a few Divas, several Westcott Flex LEDs and some various battery-powered LEDs.

I'd love to get more portable and have everything run off bricks, while improving output and versatility. Considering the Dracast Pro bi-color, but see they have a Silver Series coming soon. Anyone get a chance to check these out at NAB or see anything else worth recommending?

Also, does anyone have exp w/the Dracast 2000 Daylight LED? Would love something HMI-like w/out the ballast and heat as well.

I found these new F&V lights have a CRI of 96-98: http://www.fvlighting.com/ultracolor...emium-kit.html Any thoughts on those?

Also, did anyone get to see the SoftPanels work properly at NAB? The kickstarter video just shows a lot of product shots, cuts to someone pressing the auto-balance button, then a shot of the model with the light (offscreen) changing color temp.

F&V stuff is plasticky and a bit wonky. I haven't used the UltraColor but the old models were far from color accurate. I like Dracast build considerably better.

Looks like Dracast Silver Series is a version of the folding Aladdin LED model.
