  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

New Halo 5 Spot

How Halo has been put to motion picture yet has me stumped.... With this type of post production quality.. it has to win, even if it ends up being a dud story.
Wasn't Neil Blockamp directing a HALO.. until studios pulled the money.
Great work John.. You never know, You could be the man that makes the film !

I hear yaa Mark.

District 9 was the closest tech to Halo on screen for me :)

This trailer "damn it" is gonna make buy an XBOX ONE :P

There is Halo stuff in production. Steven Spielberg is working on a Halo-based show that should come shortly after the Xbox One launch, but nothing has been revealed yet and it may pass off into history like the previous attempts. Blomkamp walked away from Halo because it was simply too difficult for him to work on in the end as what he wanted to do wasn't quite in line with what fans might have expected or what Microsoft wanted. Peter Jackson went through the same thing with LOTR when Miramax harpooned him with a huge list of stuff they wanted changed in his vision of the films, which is why he took the project to New Line instead. Because Halo is Halo and it is under the complete control of Microsoft, they are the ones who have final say on what any Halo adaptation will be like, regardless of whatever anyone else thinks. Except Steven Spielberg who could probably turn Halo into a musical comedy and not get any flack for it from Microsoft because he IS Steven Spielberg after-all.

Hmm maybe release it as "Marathon" instead or does M$ own that too ;)
