Question on the timing of the order placement, please. Does order of placement it make any difference on shipping date? I understand that the order can be revised, through date certain. Would the original order have to be maintained as 1st entered, or should/can an additional order item, such as finger control, be added separately?

Hi Nick -

That's a question that hopefully Loren can come on here and answer. The 8 week lead time starts as soon as 50 buyers have PAID there deposit.

Orders will be shipped in the order deposits are made.

Order placed 5-3-2013 5:05pm Pacific time. (That means I get mine first, right?)

Redrock's site doesn't show any run/stop cables. How do we add them to our orders? Alexa and Epic needed.

Redrock used to show a traditional follow focus style handwheel that mounted on a rod and interfaced with the Microremote. Is that still available?

The checkout process makes NO mention of only charging a deposit now and the rest upon shipping. Can Redrock confirm this is the case?

Fingerwheel control is priced at $95, $147.50 or $202.50 depending on which link you click. Can we agree on an exact price? I like the lower one.
 
Carey - unlike most, I assume, I was actually looking at the 12 week wait time as a positive; for cash flow planning. That's also why I waited to be farther down in the list. Not particularly happy with the shortened wait. How long do you think it will take to get to the bottom of the list for delivery?

So, gotta B sure when placing the order, as no certainty, at this point, when the window closes.

In my credit card statement
I had all r\Reduser discount in my invoice
 
I was charged the full amount, not the deposit that was agreed upon in the e-mail of $250. Wasn't planning on spending a few thousand dollars tonight, just the deposit.

Just request to be last and ask them to hold yours for 12 weeks. No biggie.
