I will get more info from our Cuda guy. If it works for you guys great but we had problems with bus speed (I think) not being fast enough on that model to enable CUDA.

I've tried the hack with the 17" macbook pro. Late 2010 model. Sometimes, rendering crashes. Only when I put it to software, does it render fine....

... Not sure what that means... but just a caveat.
