Hey guys, I thought I'd share a picture of the new SWX HC9 that came out. It's extremely sleek and powerful. I had originally bought the new RED Slim V-Mount battery because IMO, its the sexiest battery ever, and its actually the sole reason why I purchased the DSMC2 V-Mount module. But when it arrived it wouldn't charge. After some research it turns out the new RED batteries won't charge on every charger and there appears to be quite a lot of people having other issues with them. So unfortunately I had to send it back. Shortly after, I discovered these beauties and decided to give it a shot. Switronix always makes great products and I have been using their Hypercore Red Slims for the past year, so I knew these would be great. They have a D-Tap and USB port on the top which is really handy. Actually used it to charge my iPhone LOL. I haven't had a chance to do a full shoot with this yet but I've heard you can get a solid 2 hours on a DSMC2 camera which is great. The only drawback so far is the price. $375 is a little steep to me. Let me know what you guys think.
