New Camera Report Sheets

[Callum Just]

I know a few of these have already been done but I never quite found the right one for me. Every shoot needs slightly different report sheets. Below is a PDF but you can also download a Doc version so you can change whatever you see fit.

Filling one of these out for each mag has saved my job many times. When shots ‘go missing’ you can prove it wasn’t you that did it!

Enjoy

The only thing I see that's needed but missing is focal distance and hight of camera (very important if you need to reshoot something or are trying to match camera hight for different shots.) Other than that, really good. Thank you!

Can you make a pdf version that is a fillable "form"? Its a little easier than opening it in word to fill it out.

Also, does anybody know if you would be able to open these and fill them out on an iPad?

Might want to fix the spelling (FSP should read FPS I assume?)

Good catch, sheets have been updated. Also working on a 3D version that will be up soon.
