  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

New art of cinematography website: cinevenger.com

It's actually interesting how much visual continuity there is between Boyles films, despite crossing half a dozen different genres. Next up is actually "Punch Drunk Love," and I'd like to also look at a film photographed by Robert Richardson, ASC (maybe one of his Oliver Stone team-ups) before circling back to another Danny Boyle film.

Wow, congrats for the Site, great idea.

Still taking suggestions for films to examine?

Eyes Wide Shut
The Thin Red Line
Unforgiven
Mulholland Drive
Raising Arizona
O Brother Where Art Thou

I will definitely add "The Thin Red Line" to the short list... it has some of the best cinematography of that decade, but proportionally little attention.
