Need steadicam -full rig to support a full RED Scarlet setup

Hey guys! We have two RED Scarlets and are beginning to shoot our next film in about a week. We really need a good steadicam rig that will support a "loaded" RED Scarlet

Do you have a good steadicam operator to start with, before you look for a good steadicam rig that supports the loaded Red Scarlet?

Are you looking for a rental? or to buy?

'Loaded' is not the number, you need to know weight in ponds, at least roughly, and then just go with the capacity of the unit and your budget;
but I agree, rig is about 20% , maybe even less, the rest is operator.
