Need Lights and Battery Charger Near Dusseldorf

Hi There,

I'm going to be doing a small shoot in Dusseldorf this Sunday through Tuesday and I'm look for a RED battery charger and small light kit (like a Lowel kit) to rent. I have my own camera but can't seem to find the proper power converter needed so I don't fry my gear. If anyone is in the area with this gear or knows of a place to rent it, please let me know.
