Need help, unwanted colour change from red rushes and red cine

Hey guys, I really hope you can help me, I filmed a music video over the weekend on the Red, mostly in 4k, and I used RedRushes to convert the footage to 1920 x 1080. I have done this many times before but this time, all the footage looks very different after I process it. the colour changes quite drastically. I tried opening up a clip in Red Cine, and the same thing happened. when I loaded the shot, the colour was totally different. below is a screen shot. on the left is the original colour I see when i view the quicktime proxy file. the right is what i see when i process through redrushes or even simply open in red cine without making any changes.

any ideas? we are changing to 1080 for tv broadcast btw.. thanks..
