I am exporting out a 15 min video and I have rendered the whole time line and it is green across and plays fine and not lagging. Then when I export it out it plays like crap :( I have a 12 core 64 gig 2 solid state 2 2 TB setup) and need this to look amazing. Plus its for RED BULL and it needs to be perfect. Any ideas please help thanks!

What export settings, or presets, are you using, the base default for Premiere is DV/NTSC 24p, if you're using presets make sure it outputs at the correct resolution, data rate, frame rate, and any auto correction or gama shift are turned off.

12 core 64 Gig is wonderful, but can you give us your export settings, or better yet Export settings dialog box screen shot?
What do you mean plays like crap? plays on what, on computer, on the web, on BD?
what's the delivery format? what was the project time base? what did you rendered it to?

I am exporting it at Apple ProRes 422 (HQ) with the quality up to 100% and Use Maximum render quality checked, will send a screen shot in a sec.

My only suggestion at this point are your trying to play back the pro rez file from an external HD, ........if so try dragging it to the desktop & playing from that location. I suspect the media is fine its just your playback cant handle the file size.

I did a handbrake/media encoder to make them have less gigs but still lagging/bad render. I am now copying the whole time line and putting it on a new sequence. That might help

Upload a screenshot of the settings you used in Adobe Media Encoder.

If you choose "Export" in Ppro, this is where you go. AME, under the hood with both programs.

You might find this thread useful, as there are know issue with Ppro exports and some really solid guys that could help in that thread.

What format does RED BULL need the material to be? Is this going to web?

As you've rendered your sequence and it's green, select the 'use render previews' check box next to 'use maximum render quality'. AME will then stitch these preview files together to help your export and it'll be faster too
