Née GPU's for dragon footage

As I expected my 2-285GTX cards
Are not going to work with new Dragon upgrades
Our Redrockdt cards did not come with
Upgraded cameras so as we wait I was hoping
to put two 780Ti in our cubix 4-slot
Exp. Chassis. Can I expect close to realtime with
3-4 nodes in resolve?
This is a mid 2010 12 core 2.66 Ghz
W/48 GB ram. Any thoughts would be appreciated
as resolve is crashing and redcine gives me
a warning my GPU's are only compute level
1 and the old RedRocket.... She's for sale.

No problem. Whatsoever. You might have VRAM issues (I think those are only 2 Gisg per core) but not speed issues.

Better off get single core cards with 4 gigs or more. Titans are great.

Redrcket X card totally unnecessary and rendering quality is somewhat less nice than CPU/GPU

You'll get realtime at 1/8 or 1/16 quality with dragon in resolve. It's not just gpu. Its cpu. Still. And are multiple cuda cards even working yet in mavericks? I switched to amd...
I get full quality realtime with 4k all daylong, even with noise reduction. Not epic. Dragon, no way. No way.
24 cores, 4 titans, sure. Not on a Mac though.

And btw new resolve 10.1.5 now has dragon color

You do not know what you are talking about. a 12 core Mac Pro is only slightly slower in CPU than the best New Mac Pro trashcan you can buy. The next version fo PPro and the latest of Resolve use GPU for Red decode. I am using his stated machine with a Titan. I get realtime 6K half res Premium with a Titan and a cheap card for just display and 4-5 nodes. More nodes brings me down to 20fps. Please read and learn a bit before posting.
