This camera has been sold, no longer available.
I'm looking to upgrade my current cinema camera setup, so to help fund the purchase I've decided to sell one of my high speed cameras.
The camera is a custom, military version of the Weinberger SpeedCam Visario G2. It can film at 1536x1024 at up to 1000 frames per second, and up to 10 000 frames per second at lower resolutions. It has every single possible option installed:
I have also upgraded both the internal and PC software to the latest version. Comes with a backup, of course.
Comes in the original hard padded case, includes all the necessary cables and power supply.
Similar cameras are selling on eBay for $2800 right now, with fewer installed options and no software to speak of, and it's likely that the in-camera software is missing as well(encountered two like that so far), which makes them expensive paperweights.

I'm looking to upgrade my current cinema camera setup, so to help fund the purchase I've decided to sell one of my high speed cameras.
The camera is a custom, military version of the Weinberger SpeedCam Visario G2. It can film at 1536x1024 at up to 1000 frames per second, and up to 10 000 frames per second at lower resolutions. It has every single possible option installed:
- Maximum RAM - 8GB, for 8 seconds of recording time, due to their special sensor design. I operate high speed cameras(obviously) and from experience, I have never needed to film an event for more than 4 seconds at 1000 fps. This does 8.
- Reinforced body and connectors. This version of the camera is rated to be crashed into a wall(!) at 60km/hr, or withstand grenade explosions nearby. In its previous life, it was used at a.... nondescript
wink5 facility for testing... exploding things. - Fiber optic control up to 5km, cable not included(but not necessary since there's gigabit).
- Gigabit ethernet control(regular RJ45 cable). This option is standard.
- 10/100Mbit control or monitoring(rugged circular connector, cable included). This option is also standard.
- An internal hard drive for data storage(40GB, can be upgraded), if you don't want to/can't download right away.
- A a battery slot for standalone operation(battery itself not included, but they're cheap).
- Viewfinder output with information overlay(connects to any composite monitor/EVF).
- Nikon F mount - on the camera by default.
- Two additional lens mounts/blanks -I don't know their original purpose, but they can be swapped with 4 bolts and made to fit any other lens mounts(Canon, C, etc) with some light machining or 3D printing.
