  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

ND filters/

I sent mine back to Formatt for a quality check. They agreed to perform a quality check and covered the shipping to the UK, but they are taking awhile to get them back to me. I have jobs passing by that need them.

Are these IR NDs? If not, you will definitely get weird colours with IR contamination at the higher ND strengths!
 
I ordered two full set of HD ND filters from Format, they did the best price in 4x 5.6 and am very happy with them. No colour cast and no variations. They did make them to order for me, but still i got the order within two weeks. Very good communication.
 
I've been using the Schneider 4x5.65 IR filters with great success on my Scarlet. I have the .3, .6, .9 and 1.2 ND. The problem is that Schneider is slow to get these babies out. There has been a back-order of about 60 days. In addition I have the following:

Both of these items have a really nice build quality and the matte box includes the side wings and eye brow for no additional cost.
