ND Filter

[Axis Media]

I'm looking to purchase some higher NDs and found these on filmtools.

Has anyone found a better deal on something like this?

I'll be shooting outdoors a lot and have the canon 85mm 1.2 on the way.

For IR cut, I like the Formatt and Pancro filters a lot better than the Schneider ones. Filmtools and Abel both sell the Formatt ones and Pancro can be bought directly.

...That's a pretty good price on the Schneider kit, though. A Formatt or Pancro kit of similar filters would be about double that price. And for a basic kit to start with, it would be hard to ignore that.

i got that red essentials kit.. I like it.
could use a .3 or .6 to make it even better

but I find .9 1.2 1.5 enough for outdoors
