Is there any benefit to using automatic duck to send red native quicktime timeline over to after effects for finishing?? or are they only useful for accessing r3d info in color? i.e. will after effects be able to access the raw setings? or only see them as plane old quicktimes??

Clipfinder has a workflow for doing this I believe, and is free (unlike automatic duck.)

Swap the QTs for R3Ds, export the XML using those R3Ds, and import that XML into Premiere, send to After Effects
