I'm sure a lot of people have seen online the videos of water repelleat sprays, but I was wondering if anyone has actually use something like this for the RED for rain sittuations.

I understand that the sensor is the most critical part not to be touch by a coat, but I have a rain cover for my red and I been in situations where rain still gets in, but by minimum, it can be, still can cause big problems.

Anyone has done something similar?

Its stange but something tells me not to do this to my gear... Like a little Jiminy Cricket inside saying you'll be sorry... But it is so cool to see others dip their boards in to water.
Seems like something like this should be just a basic last thing to do at the factory to minimize water damage in a product.

When I see this, for me of course is not to put it underwater, taht will be crazy, but its more as a rain protection, or something really light.
