Name of lights

I've tried looking around for the name or location of these lights for some time now. They seem to be portable colored tube lights. Anyone have any insight into these?

Too much clipping exposure wise to be 100% sure but...

Most likely Kino Flo Single lamp locking harnesses. Wiring looks right.
Available in 2' and 4' singles, 4' double.
Uses their ballasts.
While you can pick some color temps via bulb type, there are designer gels that slip right over the tube.


Another company (Hydro Flo) makes tubes called "FloTubes" that are compatible with the Kino ballasts.
What makes these particularly interesting is that they are waterproof to a hundred feet.
Various lengths available from 9" to 6'.

I would agree that those are most likely 'bare' Kino's with a gel wrap.
