I feel like im going to spend too much time at the RED booth....

/sigh, oh well. I guess I can catch up with everything else via internet.

RedmotePro is high on my wish list...
Then Dragon...
Then anything else you care to throw at us :)

Dragon upgrade to red one, please. See you on Wednesday!

Now is the time to be gracious and humble..... and with humility lay the fkn smack down

Releasing a brand new Canon/Sony products every six months isn't the right way. Jim, the future is already in your hands for years!

Hopefully Red will throw us a few bones before they show up at NAB, for those of us unable to attend in person...

We can't wait for the C500 announcement (which obsoletes the C300). Or the 1D MK III. They both add to the advancement of the industry. But we have a few announcements of our own.

Obsolescence obsolete.

Jim

Thanks to RED products cash has become obsolete in my bank account, so you will forgive me if I have a smile/wince relationship with any new product releases.

Film will be happy that it went to the retirement home with 4K taking over instead of 1080P.

I am looking forward to this NAB very much. It will be exciting is to see what has been firing imagination of RED. Radio silence is about to be broken in a big way, I hope.

When it's all said and done, you guys (RED) are still the ones providing the most power and capability in the smallest package. I definitely appreciate that you get that we want to record to the best format the camera is capable of IN CAMERA. I have no patience for this external recorder bullshit the other makers are pushing. Seriously, who wants to rig up an external recorder and add points of failure?

Epic + Side handle + V-lock battery back is still the camera to beat, and it looks like you're about to do that yourselves anyway.
