I went ahead and pulled the trigger on the action products eclipse system. Seems to have by far the best option set and range for the price

He means 60 FPS, not 60Hz AC ;-)The system I linked above is 1080p, 60HZ, Uncompressed, Zero Delay. Not sure what you mean?

I've been using the Dix Cw-3 for awhile now. Works great if you only need single channel, and its 10bit so the image is very crisp. It's also very light.
My friend Jon sniffed out these units at NAB - we spent a good deal of time chatting in their booth. Their units look fantastic, if only they had an SDI version - still their units are solid at 2000 and 3000 feet. They're designed for drones, but can certainly be multi-purposed. Price is right!

These all use the came chip, just different case/branding. All get 150m and are very reliable.

I got this system with TX and (3) RX. Here's my mini review:
Excellent build. Comes with NP batt mount on the back. It can be swapped to V or AB mount. 1/4 20 holes for mounting. Lightweight. SDI loop through. HDMI terminates only on the TX. If you're using it with a DSLR the signal strength is reduced to about 1/3 if going from HDMI (from camera) to monitor cross converted to SDI to TX. It doesn't like cross conversion. So for this I just go HDMI to Monitor, HDMI out to TX. No conversion and I get close to two NYC blocks (app. 500 +). With a standard pro camera with SDI out, you're good. With a mini for whatever reason make sure your camera's on SDI 2. It's SDI 1 sends a signal that is TX unfriendly (even on a Bolt).
I recently did a spot for Lululemon, the first pro gig and the TX and all three RX's performed well. We were shooting in and around Brooklyn in some heavy RF zones. Sometimes we had a few matching issues. So we adjusted the dial and found the optimum channel and all was good. Battery life with NP 970's is excellent and the battery mount is top notch. Not a cheapo clip in you see a lot. I got about six hours time which is pretty unbelievable. So for those gigs where you need to travel light and don't want to take the whole V/AB mount case, this is ideal.
For the price it can't be beat. Even if money wasn't an issue, I'd take it over the Teradek 100m Bolt because of it's better range and battery options. The range is good enough for most vehicle work. Going through a wall at the end of bar, I had signal for the length of a city block (about 200 + feet). So if your TX is in the vehicle you should be okay. Otherwise, I'd advise mounting it outside your vehicle if you need that extra block.
Funny B&H had the cinegears one for 10% off last week so I picked one up and have been a bit disappointed or have had too high expectations... To get the results you describe above you were sending the signal SDI correct? I got just under 300ft line of sight (literally looking at it on the dashboard of my car) on a quite low RF suburban street. I was sending it HDMI out of my MacBookPro to the TX. Your review makes me feel better (if I can work out the kinks) because I was sure disappointed.
I tested it first with an A7s II. HDMI out to Small HD 702, converted to SDI Out, to TX. I couldn't get much more than 200'. We couldn't figure it out. Then we went HDMI out to 702, HDMI out to TX and it worked fine, more than doubling the distance. Straight loop through the 702, no conversion. Some cameras have weird signals that TX's don't like. I had a similar issue with FS7 to SDI monitor / cross convert to HDMI to Paralinx arrow and it was a total fail. Nothing. Don't get me started on Arri Mini's dead to all TX's SDI 1. I wouldn't be surprised if the MBP is the problem. Works fine with Red's SDI out. Stay away from converted signals. Good luck.
What I'm not sure of is whether I can go HDMI to TX and SDI out to another monitor. Not sure if it cross converts. Will play with it this weekend.

Jamon, also make sure to cycle through channels. You'd be surprised what kind of interference is out there. Sometimes changing the channel makes all the difference.
