NAB 2016 wireless video thread

Hopefully there will be more products in the 2000ft range. I'll update post if I see any.

and cheap! How come DJI's Lightbridge comes integrated into a $999 copter with a 4K camera & Gimbal ? Release a cheap good reliable video now

so far all i could find out that parralinx and tradek work together, so that you can use other receivers (hope i got that right)

Alternate/new HD wireless solutions was something I was hoping would be announced at NAB this year.

There is this:
Aputure Array Trans

Zero Latency, 1080p60 wireless video for $599, but it is limited to 80 Meters, strictly Line-of-sight, for a fixed position camera.

The key fact that this ignored in this wireless system is it is UNCOMPRESSED and zero latency. I checked it out. There is ZERO delay it is pretty impressive if these restrictions work for you. Indoor there was zero problems even with a moving camera.

There's several 150m 10 bit Uncompressed 1080p 60HZ systems with zero delay out there already and have been for the past 6 months. They have SDI and HDMI and can cross convert.

Nothing new at NAB...

These all use the came chip, just different case/branding. All get 150m and are very reliable.

Not my company anymore, but still a fan. Check this out - Paralinx ACE SDI - muuuch better than a CW-3 because it supports multi receivers, lots of mounting and power options, very lightweight, easy to pair and unpair - works with the Sidekick product from Teradek.

Industry Standard, Indie Price.

This is the spiritual Successor to the Arrow+ - but all grown up - very lightweight, next gen hardware that is going to have excellent longevity, utility, etc.

If you're at NAB, go say hi to the Paralinx guys - they are great dudes and they are right next to SmallHD (bros 4 life).
