for those who missed the whole thing... and have no time to wade through this entire thread, could anyone at Red sum up the announcements about Epic X delays, dragon upgrade, stage 3 starting time, etc. ?? I'm getting confused..

- There still is no word on Epic X delays. Japan delays hard to predict. Solutions are worked on.
- It's possible to show interest on Epic M (RED Store)
- Dragon upgrade is a future sensor upgrade. Instead fo changing the brain you can just replace sensor like the M to MX upgrade on RED ONE.
- No stage 3 starting time yet. Japan delays hard to predict. Solutions are worked on.
- There are working 2/3 fixed scarlets in booth. (Camera still needs work)
- Epic M/Leica bundle will be available sometime in the future. 5 prime set. No price announcement yet.
- Some new assessors are shown in tent.

Last year during NAB, I shot/edited a series of videos for the REDuser community (without sponsorship) and averaged about 3 hours of sleep during the show and unfortunately did not enjoy the show for myself. This year, I decided I wanted to enjoy NAB for me. Now that I have a smart phone, Twitter enables me to upload pics/soundbites throughout the show without such an intense schedule.

I don't care if you guys follow me or not on Twitter. it's just that RedUser.net is not too friendly for authoring posts with pictures.

I don't care if you follow or not, but Twitter is much more convenient to send updates with pics.

You're doing a good job, Joseph. I feel a little secluded on the other side of the Atlantic as well but I wouldn't blame anybody for it. You do what you feel like doing and we appreciate any news. Very curious about an in depth report later! Have fun for us too!
