Shortly after I bought my Scarlet I took a work trip to Hawaii. So this was my test run from 2012, I was still learning the camera, and I was ill equipped. I only had the basic kit, 1 64 GB SSD, 2 Redvolts, and a crappy tripod plus it was my first real RED experience. A couple places I "broke" the MX sensor and should have switched to HDRx. There is a lot of shacky cam stuff where I had no choice. And, on a couple parts I had a piece of rubber gasket break off from the lens and end up stuck between the sensor and the lens with no where and no time to stop and clean it. (Plus I could not find good music.)

So if you are willing to look past my errors on this test run/shake down, there is some cool footage hidden in this. All really it is, is a slide show of my trip. HDRx was used a couple times where I knew it was needed, I broke the sensor a couple times, and in a couple shots I the MX footage is amazing.

Was defenatley cool with the arplain fillling up gas in the air.
