My office is a mess in a sea of RED

[Oje Unuigboje]

Finally both my RED Scarlet Cameras and full set of RPPs arrived in my office in Lagos, Nigeria with all the accessories I have purchased so far. Still some ways to go but I am well on the way to building my full film production company. Learned a lot from this forum especially when I had to decide on what to buy and will keep coming back to get more info. Thanks to all those who I PMed for the information you gave me. I still do not know nearly as much as I want to about this babies and will continue to rely on the wealth of the information and expertise in this community. Hopefully I will shoot my first feature in October/November this year a project I am very excited about. It was Christmas come early for me last Friday, my office was a mess in sea of RED and I was like the closest to heaven as can be expected before actually dying, maybe it will get even better when I finish editing my first feature, I expect to shoot a few shorts before though. Pictures of my office dressed in RED.

Godfrey and Victoria ? My parents.

Congrats, enjoy the high! That's a proud looking desk!

[Mike Garrick]

Hey Oje congrats ..

I remember your early queries on this forum about getting camera's to Nigeria. Wow ......You did it !

Now comes the work ......make it happen.... and have fun doing it.

[Nick Wernham]

Congratulation, Oje! Enjoy the cameras and the lovely, lovely Red Pro Primes, man.

[Sergio Perez]

Congrats Oje! You really have to do something. You're in a privileged place to work, because people from the outside world just don't know much about your country. Its your responsability to show your beautiful country and people to the world!! Welcome to the Red owners family!

[Trevor Meeks]

Wow man, congratulations!!!! Nice job!!

[Mitch Pierias]

What pelican case is that, if you don't mind me asking?

[Brad Allen]

Case is the 1510 - custom Epic version from the Red store:

Fits the scarlet too of course

[Raphael Varandas]

Congrats Pal. Happy shooting

[Maik Müller]

Congrats man. I like that mess. Hehe. Start to give those babys some work! Have a good time

[Mark Toia]

I remember that day

[Abiodun Shote]

Congrats Oje, very impressive, maybe we can meet up one of these days. I sure would like to fit ur RPP on my scarlet to see how the pix turns out. Heard there's a DP on 1004 estate who's got 2 Epics, and also got a call from Desmond, he said he's got one as well. The group is growing and I think we can do a meet up sometime. Crongrats.

Ryan De Franco , Mike Garrick, Nick Wernham, Trevor Meeks, Raphael Varandas, Maik Müller Menendez, Mark Toia thanks a million guys, I am looking forward to unleashing these babies.

Sergio Perez, that is a responsibility that I take very seriously. We do have an film industry here but for lots of reasons, nothing I am sure you would have heard of which is why I decided to go into the industry with the best Cameras that my limited resources could afford and hence these Scarlets. Things might be slow to start with but I intend to a difference so please watch this space.

Mitch Pierias , it is the Epic case at http://www.red.com/store/products/ep...ican-case-1510 ..... thanks Brad Allen it sure fits perfectly. These boxes were smaller than I expected but they still carry everything that is needed and as in the picture in the store.

Cameras were heavier than I expected.
The RPPs whoa, these weigh a ton each. lol
